Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn apparel in its original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure faster processing at our warehouse.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
